1. RoamAlley is only a tool
RoamAlley is a software tool operated by ICZAAR LLC ("ICZAAR," "we," "us," or "our") that helps you explore ideas and organize trips. Its suggestions, itineraries, maps, estimates, packing lists, and other content are a starting point for your own research, nothing more. They are not instructions, advice, or promises.
You alone decide what to do with anything RoamAlley shows you, and you alone are responsible for those decisions, your actions, and your mistakes. ICZAAR accepts no responsibility for them, or for the actions of tripmates, other travelers, or anyone else.
2. AI can be wrong
AI suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely made up, even when they sound confident and detailed. AI can invent businesses, attractions, routes, prices, hours, and requirements; misunderstand your request; miss important restrictions; or suggest plans that are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or impossible to complete. No person reviews AI suggestions before you see them, and a paid plan does not change this.
3. Verify everything that matters
Before you spend money, travel, enter an area, follow directions, or take part in an activity, confirm the details yourself with official sources and the actual provider. This includes entry and visa requirements, passports, customs, permits, local laws, safety advisories, weather, transport schedules, opening hours, reservations, prices, accessibility, and cancellation terms. Information changes without notice, and something accurate yesterday may be wrong today.
4. Safety and emergencies
RoamAlley does not inspect places, certify that anywhere is safe, monitor you, supervise your activities, or protect you from harm. The absence of a warning does not mean there is no risk. You are responsible for judging whether a place, route, or activity is right for your health, abilities, and circumstances.
Maps, day guidance, location sharing, and "I'm lost" can be inaccurate or fail. They are not safety or emergency tools, and nobody at ICZAAR monitors them. In an emergency, call your local emergency number directly. Do not use the app while driving, cycling, crossing streets, or doing anything that needs your full attention. Always follow posted signs, closures, and instructions from local authorities.
5. No bookings and no responsibility for others
RoamAlley does not sell, book, or confirm any travel. A place in a suggestion or itinerary is not a reservation, recommendation, or endorsement. Any purchase you make is between you and that provider under its terms. ICZAAR is not responsible for any business, place, provider, tripmate, or other traveler, or for their content, products, services, or conduct.
6. You accept the risk
Travel carries real risks, including injury, illness, death, theft, property damage, financial loss, delays, cancellations, and the acts of other people. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all of these risks, and ICZAAR makes no guarantee about the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any information or any trip. The warranty disclaimer, release, limitation of liability, and indemnity in the Terms of Use apply to everything in RoamAlley.
7. Report a problem
You can report inaccurate or concerning content to support@roamalley.com. Reports are not monitored around the clock and must never be used to ask for emergency help.
